To make sure you, our cherished customer, are satisfied with your investment, all of our jumping castles are constructed with the highest caliber coated fabrics and thread and go through a rigorous inspection process.We DO NOT make custom designs; we only produce items that fall within our range.An approximate completion date will be confirmed at the time of order.To confirm the client’s order and start manufacturing, a 50% deposit is needed.The inflatable will have simple brushed contact information attached to it.Because this printing process is outsourced, corporate logos that need to be digitally printed are quoted on an order-by-order basis.Before being collected or dispatched, 50% of the outstanding balance must be paid and the funds cleared.

Warranty for your Jumping Castles
For our blower fans and workmanship, we provide a standard 12-month carry-in warranty. This guarantee does not cover malicious damage resulting from negligence or normal wear and tear.The blower fan impeller and electrical component damage caused by water are not covered under the warranty.
Maintenance for your Bouncing Castles
For all inflatables, we provide maintenance and repair services.We can finish tasks in a fair amount of time. All repair costs—both inside and outside of warranties—are borne by the client.
